Loveree Terms of Use

For the website and waitlist

These Terms cover the Loveree website, its free email waitlist and the free first game, operated by IKSUM SIA (“we,” “us” or “our”). By selecting JOIN THE WAITLIST, START THE FREE GAME, CREATE OUR GAME, CREATE INVITATION or JOIN THE GAME after the notice linking to these Terms, you agree to them.

1. A game in development

Loveree is a date-night roleplay game for two adults that is in development. The first game, Play Strangers, can be played free; longer adventures are not available yet. This website helps us understand interest and which proposed versions people prefer.

Images, phone screens, story examples and invitations illustrate the concept. They are not proof of a finished product or a currently available booking, gift or game service. Proposed features, settings and estimated play time may change.

2. Joining is free

You must be at least 18 and use an email address you are entitled to use. Joining records your interest and requests an email if Loveree launches. You can leave at any time.

Joining is not a purchase, preorder or reservation. We do not collect payment through this waitlist, and you have no obligation to buy anything. Registration does not guarantee priority access, availability, a particular feature or a launch date. We may decide not to develop or release the game.

3. The free game and future adventures

The first game is free. Starting it requires confirming you are 18 or older; an email is optional. We do not collect payment information. Longer adventures may be offered later. The website may show planned launch prices for them to learn which adventures interest people; these are not offers, nothing can be bought yet, and the final price, taxes and purchase terms will be shown before any future purchase. Neither the free game nor the waitlist creates a subscription or recurring charge.

Playing safely

The game gives suggestions for roleplay and real-world actions. You decide what you actually do. Use the comfort settings, skip or stop at any time, and only do what both of you are comfortable with. Follow the law and the rules of any place you visit, be respectful to staff and other people, never drink and drive, and don’t put yourself or others at risk. Both players must be adults aged 18 or over.

4. Email and privacy

We use your information as explained in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. You can unsubscribe through an email from us or contact info@iksum.lv. Your launch-email request does not authorize unrelated marketing from IKSUM or other businesses.

5. Reasonable use

Do not submit another person’s email without permission, impersonate someone, interfere with the site or try to access private systems or records. We may block abusive requests to protect the site and its users.

The website’s original content and branding belong to us or our licensors, where protected by law. You may view the site and share links for personal use. Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by law.

6. Changes and your rights

We may change or discontinue the concept, website or waitlist. We will post updated Terms with a new date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively expand your email consent or remove rights you already have.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer or privacy rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
